Plan and billing, inside your dashboard

Your plan now has a place at the top right of every screen, and paying for your agent turns it on by itself.

• A plan button that shows where you are: Upgrade, trial days left, your plan, or Fix when a payment failed.
• Upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and yearly, cancel and resume, all in Plan and billing.
• Skip the trial and pay at once if you prefer.
• After you pay, your number is bought and your assistant is created automatically, with a progress card.

A calmer dashboard

The dashboard now looks like the rest of the site: warm light colours, serif titles and round buttons. The dark theme is still there.

• Business settings is pinned at the bottom of the side menu.
• A Your business block shows your phone number and public page, with a button to copy the link.
• Every screen has its own name in the browser tab.

Several businesses on one login

Run a salon and a restaurant, or several locations, from one account. Each business keeps its own number, agent, calendar and clients.

• A business switcher in every dashboard, and a My businesses page with the status of each agent.
• After you sign in with more than one business, you choose which one to open.
• Add a business at any time: pick the type, name it, done.

Your agent tells you what to do next

Until your agent is on, a strip at the top of every screen shows the next step and takes you straight to it. Once it is on, a small green dot says so.

New menus with a page for every feature, and a page for every type of business, so you can see exactly what Fonitix does for yours.

Type your business, we find the closest match

On the home page, describe your business in your own words. If the words do not match one of our types, a small AI model suggests the closest one and takes you to its example.

Examples for fifteen more industries

Medical clinics, auto repair, real estate, veterinary clinics, fitness, insurance, accountants, property management, therapy, tutoring, event venues, marketing agencies, towing and locksmiths, shops and research now each have their own example call and real dashboard screens on the home page.

One style across the site

Log in, sign up, pricing, about, the legal pages, the pages your customers see (booking, queue, invoices, reviews, surveys) and every industry page now share the same look. A page that does not exist now says so properly.

A new home page and a new icon

A simpler first screen: type your business, pick an example, watch a call turn into a booking. The icon in your browser tab and on your phone is new too.

Fonitix is for every kind of business

Fonitix started with restaurants. Now twenty-one types of business have their own words, questions and tools: salons, home services, dental practices, law firms, clinics, real estate and more.
