1. Cookies the site needs

When you sign in, our sign-in system sets cookies (their names start with sb-) that keep you signed in. Without them you would have to sign in on every page. They last until you sign out or the session expires. We do not use them for advertising.

2. Things we remember in your browser

The site also saves a few small settings in your browser’s storage. They never leave your device unless we say so:

• your cookie choice, so we do not ask on every visit;
• light or dark theme;
• the last business you opened, the sound you chose for new orders, and whether the “Your business” box is open;
• the industry and the plan you picked before you finished signing up, and the page to return to after you sign in.

3. Advertising and analytics

The Fonitix website and dashboard do not load advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers at the time of writing. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and list the new cookies here. The choice you make in the cookie notice is saved so we can respect it from then on.

4. Payments

When you pay, you are sent to a page run by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe sets its own cookies there to process the payment and prevent fraud. See Stripe’s own policy for details.

5. Changing your choice

Use the “Manage cookies” button in the footer to open the cookie notice again, or clear the site’s data in your browser settings. Blocking the sign-in cookies means you cannot stay signed in.
