Do you take cards?
Yes, by card with the technician or a secure payment link. I never take a card number on the phone.

Does it replace my staff?
No. It answers the phone when your team is busy or closed, does the routine work (orders, bookings, requests) and passes anything unusual to a person.
Does the agent say it is an AI?
Yes. For most industries the agent says it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded, and answers honestly if asked.
Will it give medical, legal or insurance advice?
