Is my date available?
The coordinator confirms dates. I can take your preferred dates and book a tour.
Can we bring our own caterer?

How much is the deposit?
Please see the deposit terms in the business information. The coordinator sends the invoice.
How many guests can you hold?
Capacities are in the spaces list. The coordinator confirms the final number for your layout.
Can you hold the date for us while we decide?
I cannot hold a date. The coordinator confirms dates once the deposit terms are met.
Do you do tours at the weekend?
Tour times are in the business information. I can check the tour calendar for you.
Does it replace my staff?
No. It answers the phone when your team is busy or closed, does the routine work (orders, bookings, requests) and passes anything unusual to a person.
Does the agent say it is an AI?
Yes. For most industries the agent says it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded, and answers honestly if asked.
Will it give medical, legal or insurance advice?
Never. In regulated fields the agent collects facts (who, what, how urgent), books a visit or consultation and hands over to a person. Emergencies are sent to 911.
What if the agent does not know something?
It says so, takes a message and lets your team follow up. It never invents prices or times.
Do I need a new phone number?
You get a dedicated number for the agent (one-time $5) and can forward your existing line to it.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are ready in a few minutes: pick your industry, check the example services and answer a handful of questions.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before the 14-day trial ends and you pay nothing more.
